Gone with the wind in Patagonia
The regions of Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego form the southernmost tip of South America. They belong partly to Chile and partly to Argentina. There is a lot of landscape for few people and, above all, a lot of wind.
Our tour only took us to the Torres del Paine National Park for a few days because the wind was so strong that we could barely keep our feet on the ground. So we left very quickly. But because of this we had a little more time for the rest of Patagonia, so we were able to take a trip to the Perito Moreno Glacier in Los Glaciares National Park in Argentina. We also got to see the king penguins on Tierra del Fuego and the Magellanic penguins on Isla Magdalena.
